[ Polls & Surveys ] Open Question : why does my best friend friend zone me?

I have been best friends with a guy for 5 years and i am his only best friend thats a girl that he has always been really close to and can tell everything to, he friend zones me so bad, it makes no sense,he values our friendship so much, but i dont understand why am i his ONLY female friend hes so close to like that i feel like we have a really special bond as weird as that sounds
