[ Gender & Women's Studies ] Open Question : Should I complain about this ?

For the past year and and a half I have been undergoing investigations for my arm though the NHS.It has been diagnosed as a multitude of things -sprain , scaphoid fracture and arthritis. I went to the hospital today to hopefully get some answers I was told my bloods were ok, so I should return to physical education which is great the down side Is that I have been discharged now I still have pain in my wrist and hand stopping me from doing certain things such as opening jars and turning door knobs and turning taps and I don't have a answer as to what is wrong my arm ?
